A SPOUSE or ASSOCIATE Registration is available ONLY with a FULL Registration from the same church.

/// How should I dress?
Since this is a casual resort atmosphere, we suggest you bring "sporty-casual" clothing in which you will be comfortable in. "Layered" clothing (sweaters, sweatshirts, etc) is very appropriate and may help you adjust to the varying temperatures in meeting rooms and reading sessions. Some registrants do opt for a dressier wardrobe for the evening banquets, however, it is not necessary or expected.

/// May I bring my children?
Due to the fact that conference days are somewhat "long," sitters authorized by the hotel are relatively expensive, and the meal selections are geared towards our adult registrants, we strongly suggest that for your comfort and leisure, as well as a courtesy to our other paid registrants, children NOT accompany you to The Gathering.

/// May I extend my stay at the Marriott?
You may also secure the special conference rate for up to two days prior to and/or following The Gathering if you indicate your desire to do so on your special lodging reservation form to the Marriott. Why not further your enjoyment and relaxation by extending your stay?

/// What if I need to cancel?
80% of your registration fee is refundable if you need to cancel and notify us by 01/04/10. Due to meal guarantees, etc. we are unable to provide refunds after this date.
